Must be aged 5-16 for Hockey School, Development Camp, Elite Camp or Goaltender Programme. Aged 15-18 Years for PRO Camp & Goaltenders participating in PRO Camp. Aged 16+ for Adult Camp & Goaltenders participating in Adult Camp For insurance purposes all players must be a member of a club affiliated to a recognised hockey association. All players must provide evidence of their hockey association membership.
Any player who is not affiliated to a recognised hockey association will be required to sign a waiver prior to commencing the camp. Application forms must be accompanied by a £50.00 deposit, or full payment. Within 7 days of the Booking Form being completed online or applications being received by any other means. Only full-completed application forms (including deposit within the allocated period) will be processed and students will be allocated places on a first come, first served basis. Eventurous (Scotland) Ltd will acknowledge receipt of your application and will confirm your enrolment. PRO Camp Applications are subject to approval by BOBIHC Coaching Staff. Acceptance into this programme will be provided in writing via email, to the address specificed in the application, within 14days of receipt of completed application. Payment can be made online, telephone or cheque. Telephone Payment - Can by made by calling 07892 683 067. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Electron is not accepted) and all payments are subject to £5.00 Credit/Debit Card fee. This fee is due to the cost of processing the payment. Cheque - Can by made by sending a cheque made payable to Eventurous Scotland Ltd to Eventurous Scotland Ltd – 122 Prestwick Road Ayr, KA8 8NP. Failure to make the balance payment for the camp before the specified time as stated in writing on your acceptance letter will result in the place being cancelled and made available to other applicants. In this instance deposit payment is lost and will not be refunded. The management reserves the right to change coaching staff, but will ensure that replacements are of an equivalent or higher standard to those advertised. The management reserves the right to remove students if they feel their choice of programme is not within the evaluation guidelines indicated. This programme adjustment is made with the student's best interest in mind. No monies deposited are refundable in the event of student cancellation. If the camp is cancelled by Eventurous (Scotland) Ltd a full refund of the student’s fees will be issued. There is no reduction or refund for any departures from the camp. Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any students when it is determined to be in the best interest of the student or the camp. The management reserves the right to refuse entry. The management reserves the right to change programme dates, timings and content All accepted students must wear full hockey kit including throat guard and face mask (where applicable by age guidelines - Equipment worn must be to standard IIHF guidelines). Training shoes, off-ice training clothes and swimwear are all required. Eventurous (Scotland) Ltd and its employees shall not be held liable for any damage or injury to me/my child however caused. I hereby discharge Eventurous (Scotland) Ltd and its employees from all actions and claims I/my child my have for any such injury or damage. This waiver covers all on and off ice activities. Participants will be liable for the repair of any damage to the facility.Students
